Ripped Pants

As I titled this, I couldn’t help but to sing to myself that catchy jingle in Spongebob Squarepants, when he rips his pants on the beach. Thankfully, my rips are in all the right places.

I had to order these ripped jeans when I saw they were on sale. Unfortunately, they aren’t in stock anymore. However, this style is becoming very popular so I’m going to link up a few similar at the bottom of the post. This is the first pair of completely destroyed jeans I own, and I’m proud to say I have worn these three times this past week 🙂 . I ordered true to size, and they fit amazing. As you can see, they weren’t tight around my thighs and the way they fell on my hips was so comfortable (i.e. they didn’t squeeze my (muffin) tops) and I could easily bend and walk in them.

So I paired these jeans with this Me to We basics top I grabbed at Pacsun’s infamous Blue Dot sale (buy one item get TWO things free!!) a few weeks ago. This top was so soft when I picked it up that I purchased two other styles. I love this top for winter and for spring when paired with the right items.

This brown velvet bomber has so much detail, and it’s the perfect weight for this topsy-turvy weather. I also love how the blush pink pairs with the brown velvet. I pulled these colors together with this beautiful turquoise, pink and brown Betsey Johnson Necklace and my go-to camo Ray Bans.

Since these jeans have a natural cuff, I paired them with these low Franco Sarto Ankle Booties, so it wouldn’t deduct from my height. He has made different variations of this style boot for the past few years so I linked up the most recent pair.

I love these ripped pants from ASOS; they are the perfect wash and the graffiti detail is too cute. I’m also in love with these distressed shredded jeans from American Eagle (that I can’t wait to get my hands on).

I’ve also linked up another brown velvet bomber that is a must have for this season as well as this light brown Free People velvet bomber that’s an extra 25% off.

I snagged this Marc Jacobs Metallic Wristlet at Saks OFF 5TH around Christmas (for a steal), so check your local outlet before purchasing online.

Thanks for reading on this ~typical~ MoNdAy!!

xx, Sav
